1. Who runs this website

This website is operated by Magdalena Tul (“the Operator”, “we”).

2. What these terms cover

These terms set out the rules for using this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

The site is an information service. It presents the artist’s biography, discography, videos, concert dates, news and contact details. No account, registration or payment is required, and nothing is sold here.

3. What we provide

We provide, free of charge:

  • access to the content published on the site;
  • links to external streaming services where the music can be listened to;
  • video players embedded from YouTube, which load only after you press play;
  • an RSS feed of the news section.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may carry out maintenance that makes it temporarily unavailable.

4. What you need in order to use the site

You need a device with an internet connection and a current version of a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Some visual effects require a browser that supports WebGL; without it the site still works and all content remains readable.

5. How the site may be used

You may read, print and share links to the content for your own private, non-commercial use.

You must not:

  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anybody’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or connected systems;
  • interfere with the operation of the site, including by automated requests that place an unreasonable load on it;
  • copy, republish or make the content commercially available without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — recordings, photographs, artwork, logos, text and layout — is protected by copyright and related rights. It belongs to the Operator or to third parties who have licensed it.

Nothing on this site transfers any right to that content to you. Any use beyond private, non-commercial use requires prior written permission. For permissions and press materials, write to mtentertainmentoffice@gmail.com.

7. Links and embedded content

The site links to external services (streaming platforms, social networks) and embeds video players from YouTube. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we have no control over their content or how they handle data.

Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play on a video. The player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com.

8. Complaints

If something on the site does not work as it should, write to mtentertainmentoffice@gmail.com. Please describe the problem, the address of the page and, if you can, the browser and device you used.

We answer complaints within 14 days of receiving them, at the e-mail address the complaint was sent from.

9. Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. Cookies are described in the cookie policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when the site’s features change or the law does. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in them limits the rights that consumers have under mandatory provisions of law.

A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
