1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through this website is:

In any matter concerning personal data, write to mtentertainmentoffice@gmail.com.

2. The short version

This is an information website. You do not have to give us anything to read it. We do not sell data, we do not build profiles of visitors, and nothing that identifies you is collected unless you write to us or agree to optional cookies.

3. What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

a) Technical data from your visit

Our server records the usual information about each request: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the referring address, and the browser and operating system reported by your device.

Purpose: keeping the site running, security, and diagnosing faults.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site.
Retention: server logs are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted.

b) Cookies and similar technology

Strictly necessary cookies are used to keep the site working — remembering your language and your answer to the cookie banner, and protecting forms. Optional cookies (statistics, marketing) are used only if you agree to them in the banner.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the necessary ones; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent — for the optional ones. Storing and reading information on your device is governed by Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Act.
Details: see the cookie policy, which lists every cookie individually.

c) If you write to us

If you send an e-mail to one of the addresses published on the site, we process the address you write from and whatever you put in your message.

Purpose: answering you, and handling the matter you raised.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence; where the message concerns a booking or another agreement, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Retention: for as long as the matter requires, and afterwards for as long as claims may be brought.

4. Nobody is profiled

We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile visitors. Statistics, if you agree to them, are aggregated — they describe pages, not people.

5. Who else sees the data

Data may be handled on our behalf by:

  • our hosting provider, which stores the site and its logs;
  • our e-mail provider (Google Ireland Limited);
  • analytics providers — only if you agree to statistics cookies. Which ones are in use is listed in the cookie policy.

Each of them acts under a written data processing agreement and may use the data only as instructed by us.

We may also have to disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

If you agree to statistics or marketing cookies, data may be transferred to providers based outside the EEA, including in the United States. Those transfers take place under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. If you do not agree to those cookies, no such transfer happens.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • be told what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have data erased;
  • have processing restricted;
  • receive your data in a portable form;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was lawful before you withdrew it — for cookies, use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page;
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

To exercise any of these, write to mtentertainmentoffice@gmail.com. We answer within one month.

8. Is providing data required?

No. Reading the site requires nothing from you. Writing to us requires an e-mail address only because there would otherwise be nowhere to send the answer.

9. Embedded content from other sites

Videos are embedded from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play — thumbnails are served from this site. Once you press play, YouTube receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. The player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, which limits that as far as YouTube allows.

Fonts and scripts are served from this site’s own domain, so simply opening a page does not reveal anything about you to a third party.

10. Changes to this policy

If the way we handle data changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. Where the change concerns something you consented to, we will ask again.
